Metro Tryouts for 2020 will take place on October 6 and 8 in the main gym. 6th and 7th grade - 6pm-7 8th grade - 7pm - 8 Please complete the player registration link HERE if you plan to tryout by October 5 Covid screenings will take place at the door. The girls should wear masks as they enter the building and bring their own water bottle. In an effort to maintain social distancing and minimize covid risks, parents will not be allowed in tryouts. All players participating in the Metro program must live in the Hillgrove High School District Girl's Metro Coaches: Stacey McCall, Kevin Jackson Metro Director: Jermaine Wyche The Metro program is made up of a 6, 7, and 8th-grade teams. This program is more competitive than the Lil Hawks Youth League. Most teams will play 15-20 games and have 2-3 practices per week. If you make one of the teams, the cost to play is $425. The fees take care of tournaments, gym, officials, and supervision as well as and game uniforms for the players.
